RV a/c had slight vibration & minor rattle at times - old fan had cracked blade, runs & sounds like new again.

Getting to the fan blade is actually the hard part! Getting the RV AC cover off is the hard part.The fan blade is a clamp fitting and this fitting tends to get memory for the shaft it is on and holds on tight!It does take some effort and tools and prying to get the old one off! But installation of the new fan with a little WD 40 is smooth and easy!

All of these can be hard to reach in place and tighten but a short screwdriver or 3 inch ratchet works. Often hard to remove motor.I rebuilt the shaft first as was rusted.

This replaced a 17 year old Carrier Air RV condenser fan. It is not the same design, as Carrier had a very good design but amazingly enough the way this fits into the unit it works better than the carrier Air RV fan did. The current temperature is 120° outside and 77° inside. Great fan. I installed a small mist system that comes on automatically when the temperature is within 4° of 120° F. This cools the fan down lengthening its life as well as tempers the condenser for a better working system.
