After doing all of the troubleshooting to diagnose our issue, it came down to a failed component on the control board. Once this replacement part arrived, we replaced it in less than 15 minutes. Now the temp in the refrigerator is holding at 34 degrees.Do your troubleshooting first. Plenty of how-tos online.

Unit came new but no instructions or print for the direct replacement as listed for my unit on how to wire in to an 11 wire system to this 7 wire control Box. You don't want to get 12volts DC mixed up with 120 volts AC on a circuit board. Discouraging to say the least for the cost of this thing.

I have a Dometic RM3762RBX Refrigerator/Freezer that was manufactured in 2012. Last Summer (2022), the unit quit working. The freezer could only maintain a temperature of 40 degrees. At first, I tried replacing the Thermisor but that was not my problem. I found the part number on my control board and purchased this as a replacement. I decided to buy OEM because I did not want to have any additional problems with it. I have had it installed for over a year now and the now my refer/freezer works perfectly. The fridge and freezer are nice and cold, like brand new! I believe the cost of the control board was well worth the money. It's not too difficult to replace as long as you only transfer the wires one at a time.

Special thanks for the review from John R Eppler that provided some very useful and valuable insight on the Dometic power module failure.The replacement unit was straight forward to install and functioned as designed immediately.Several weeks now, some rough roads, multiple camping areas and still functioning normally.I did manage to have the old board repaired, tested it, and now have a functioning backup board should the new one fail.

This unit was a POS. My Flagstaff camper's been without a working (Dometic) refigerator for two and half months now. Using two coolers with ice simply isn't cutting it. As a Workamper with jobs lined up I'm unable to fulfill my contracts.Hey Dometic - really not impressed!

The Dometic Power module was exactly what I needed & not difficult to install. However, the 5 amp fuze was faulty. Though the fuze appeared to be good, I suspect one end had an intermittent or loose connection. Starting immediately on installation, my refrigerator gave me off/on (meaning it would not work for a bit,.. then work,.. then not work,.. until the fridge refused to work) ERROR Code for electrical failure/insufficiency. Checked the power source at origin & input- all ok. Inspected the fuze,... & it looked ok. Replaced the fuze and all is well. Just a heads up.
