Please note that these awnings do not come with the awning rail. The awning rail is usually factory installed on your camper by the manufacturer. Please be sure to measure your awning rail for correct fitment ( awning rail should be at least 6" longer than the awning size that you purchase ). These awnings are on End of the Year Clearance! This awning exceeded my expectations. It arrived complete and with clear assembly instructions. Assembly was approx 10 minutes and installation onto the camper was about 10 minutes. Setup of the awning at our campsite took maybe 5 minutes. It is currently up for 4 days now and survived 25-30 mph gusts and about an inch of rain, and it stayed put. The fabric is heavy duty and water proof. I am very happy with this product and IF it wears or tears I will absolutely purchase a replacement.The only con I have about it is the outer stability arms button lock is not marked or has a guide channel built in, so it a little guess work to align the button to the holes, but not worthy of removing a star.

Perfect Fit! Arrived earlier than expected & fit our existing Forest River pop-up awning rail. Original was Domectic brand. Happy to find replacement available.
