This was so easy to install as I have never done one before. Only took a total of ten minutes if that. If you need a lock for a room or closet this is the one!

Installed with no problem. Worked great for 3 days. Then key snapped off inside lock resulting in large problem. Highly disappointed.

It may be due to my installation but on the rare occasion the handle sticks and I have to hit the door to make it work. Installed on the right side [outside] the set screw is visible on top of the handle. Not a big deal for me...just saying...

Has sharp edges and was difficult to install due to the lack of optional stricker plate. Would have returned but missed the date as we were away.

The first one was okay and awesome, but this second one has no screws at all with it. We went and got the screws to use the handles. All is fine now and everything is working well. THANK YOU AMAZON

Quality is there and works well. We frequently use our side garage door over our front door and so far this makes it easier to open/close especially when bringing items in the house. It was fairly easy to install. I’m happy and feel like it was worth the price.

It works. It's not particularly smooth in operation, and is really tough to engage the lock from the inside, but it does what it's supposed to do. Would I buy it again? Nope. Will I return it? It's not worth the hassle.
