A few of them fell apart due to being poorly made. But it came with enough units to install on every window in the house, and they work as intended. Open the window and they make a loud alarm sound. There's a tiny switch on the units to arm / disarm the alarm.

The current design has significant areas for improvement. The size of the magnet does not adequately ensure a reliable connection, which may lead to unintended alarm activations. Additionally, the adhesive performance is inconsistent, particularly under varying temperature and humidity conditions. The plastic material used is relatively thin and exhibits weak connections, which could result in premature separation during application. A more robust design would enhance durability and functionality.

I don’t know if I would use these if I had small children living in my home with access to a pool but these were fantastic for a home inspection. Fast and easy to install, alarm is LOUD! These would be perfect for an adult pool home when relatives or friends with small children came to visit. Or if you had a teenager you wanted to catch sneaking out!

These are very cheap made and I thought they were going to be pieces of crap but they work very efficiently and they’re very cheap for the price so I do recommend them and they work as directed. No issues with operation. I would have to recommend just based on the value for what you’re getting. 🤩
