Now that I have purchased my Eufy home base and cameras I can't believe I waited this long.No added monthly fees. That's the big one. Great quality on the camera and the base gives me the extra storage for our pet camera and the garage door camera/doorbell.

This is a great system that's relatively easy to set up. I like that there are no monthly subscription fees. You pay a little more up front in exchange but the product quality is great.

I recently installed the Eufy Security Video Doorbell S330, and it’s honestly one of the best smart home purchases I’ve made. The dual-camera setup is a game-changer—it gives you a clear view of both who’s at your door and what’s happening on the ground, which is perfect for spotting packages or anything else that might be left outside.The video quality is outstanding. The 2K resolution with HDR makes everything look sharp and detailed, even in varying lighting conditions. I’m really impressed with how well it handles bright sunlight and shadows without losing any clarity. The night vision is equally impressive, providing a clear picture after dark.The dual motion detection is another standout feature. It’s smart enough to differentiate between people, animals, and other objects, so I’m not constantly getting false alerts. The notifications are quick, and I love that I can customize the sensitivity and activity zones to focus on what really matters.The S330 is battery-powered, which made installation a breeze—no need to mess with wiring. The battery life has been solid so far, and it’s nice to know I can easily recharge it when needed. Plus, the included S380 HomeBase (HomeBase 3) with expandable storage is a huge bonus. I opted to expand the storage, and it’s great having everything stored locally with the option to go up to 16TB if needed.Overall, the Eufy S330 has exceeded my expectations. It’s reliable, packed with features, and the dual-camera system really sets it apart from other video doorbells. If you’re in the market for a new doorbell, I’d highly recommend this one.

The app used for this needed to be reinstalled due to the events not showing up. Otherwise, a good product and it does what it's supposed to do.

Storage on the Eufy HomeBase, not in the cloud, so no monthly fee, and better control over the data. Doorbell cam has two cameras and automatic package delivery and retrieval notification works very well. Optional face recognition (local not cloud) also works quite well. Can be powered from doorbell circuit with battery backup on device.

This does not require a subscription. Great picture. One camera keeps an eye on the packages left at your door letting you know when it arrives and if anyone picks it up. Great feature I don’t see anything to dislike about it. 5 stars

The homebase worked well for ~10 months at which point I decided to add a hard drive to expand the storage. Within a week the unit became completely unresponsive. Worked with support to get a replacement and the replacement worked for about 3 days before the Ethernet port gave out.So I popped open the first one and found some very sloppy solder work. You can clearly see where the board has been repeatedly singed by the iron. It's only a matter of time before something fails on these boards.
