I bought these at a local car parts store, not from Amazon. As the previous reviewer noted, there are no washers. The correct grade 8 large diameter, extra thick washers are nearly $1 each locally. Then there are the nuts -- out of the eight nuts that came with my four u-bolts, two of them have the hole severely crooked thru them, and one looks like they drilled the pilot hole too large before tapping it, so it's floppy loose on the bolt. How the hell do they mess up the hole thru a nut? I'm pretty well convinced Dorman has no quality control. These are useless, but I bought them two years ago and can't return them, so I've ordered a different brand that's 9/16" instead of 1/2" and includes the washers. They ended up only costing slightly over half what these cost by the time you buy washers separately. Hopefully those work out.

Dorman usually offers a quality replacement part. Spring U bolt meets or exceeds expectations. Correct diameter, style and length.

Perfect fit on my 99 Suburban 1/2 ton. Had about an inch left below the nut. It includes the nuts, but not the washers, so I had to reuse them. They are not normal washers, they are heavier than standard SAE spec 1/2" washers.If you are listening, Dorman; it would be nice if you included the washers, too.Note that the originals were metric (I think 13mm) these are 1/2 fine thread. It's okay; accept it. Chances are your vehicle uses a mix of SAE and Metric like mine.
