This is a great replacement UCA for your 1st Gen Sequoia or Tundra, but if you're buying them on Amazon, go ahead and save you the headache and bye both from here. I ordered 528-313 twice as I needed the Driver Side "L" like advertised, but I was sent the Passenger "R" UCA twice.I followed up with Dorman customer service and they confirmed, "528-313 is for the left upper". Well, that's not what's going to be in this box. You'll get the "R".Other than that, solid UCA and I'm excited to get it on the truck.
