This bulb socket doesn’t stay snapped in. It’s formed slightly different than the original and the lip on the part that keeps it snapped in is a little shorter. I had to wrap electrical tape around it to keep it in place. Hopefully it stays

Rather than spend the money for a factory replacement, these work perfectly at a much better value than "Jeep" brand. Fit is TIGHT! It's a good thing I purchased 2 of them, but with a little dielectric grease, I was able to push it on the socket. Bulb fit is easy, it's just installing the unit to the rail that is tight. Overall a great value and a fantastic warranty. I bought 2 in case I ever have another one fail.

Works great once I got it installed. Had to remove the o-ring inside so that it would fully clip into place.

If you live in a cold climate, you may need to heat up the o-ring inside using a hot air gun or hairdryer (carefully not to melt the whole thing). The o-ring expanded because of the cold temp in my area and lost its flexibility not allowing the entire connector to seat properly

Works fine in my 06 WK Jeep, but didn’t fit completely in place. Probably better off with an OEM part.
