I drained and refilled my F150 rear end before after the clutches were making noise. They quieted down for a while, but then it came back. Some chatter too.I ended up buying these and although they cost more than I thought a clutch kit would, my truck has been behaving itself again! It was a little challenging to work the gears out and back in, but if I had to do it again I'd do it again. I think it would be easier knowing to get just the right amount of pressure to allow the gears to roll in and out. Would be easier with a helper too.Anyway, these seem to have done the trick. It's been about 9 months.
