Showed up quick and they are a direct replacement for the factory doors. I didn't cut the heater box, took the box out of the truck and replaced all the doors with the Dorman ones

It worked perfect. The instructions were spot on. plenty of foil to patch it back up. To remove the center piece out, i took a long drill bit and drilled a lot of holes next to each other all the way around and them used a wood chisel to cut through it. I don't have a Dremel tool but that would have worked better.

Worked great in my 04 Ram. I cut glove box back panel and here with a hot knife/chisel (torched metal 🔪 🔥) cuts clean like butter.Way easier than pulling dash!

Package was missing the foil tape so that was the first issue. Upon making the cut and removing the old door on my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 Regular Cab I saw a pin on the back side of the HVAC box that the old door's hinge slid onto. The new door's hing was too small to fit over the pin and there was no mention of this pin on the back side in the installation directions. I ended up cutting and removing that far pin so the back side of the door doesn't really sit on anything (no pin to ride on like the old one). Now the door just rides on the front pin that the motor attaches to. It works for now but I wouldn't say this is designed to match the original components exactly.

Used in a 2008 Dogde Ram 1500. Fit and functioned well,easy to install after we got the heater box out. Just seemed easier that way.

Installed on my 03 Ram 1500. My heater was only blowing warm on the passenger side. Then, recently, NO HEAT! Both of my temp blend doors were broken, causing no heat and reduced floor airflow.Good quality parts and work like a dream. Air is blowing harder than I remembered. Did I mention I have HEAT!?

Works as advertised, you can install this your self!! Not super easy but not impossible!!! Use YouTube for directions/ Hester treater vids.

Awesome. Worked Great, exactly as described with good instructions. Highly recommend. I recommend buying all Blend Doors at the same time and not just replacing the ONE that is broken, you will save a lot of headache when installing. I used this for a 2006 Dodge Ram 3500.
