I ordered this for my '04 F250 6.0l Powerstroke (2003-2004 model). I had Oregon Fuel Injection install this with a couple other parts and this is working excellent so far! I have regained my horsepower and am not blowing white clouds of steam down the road anymore and am not having to refill my degas bottle. This will not work in the 2004 and up models. The newer models switched to the square EGR cooler. Please verify which 2004 model you have before ordering since that year uses both EGRs!
