I replaced again with a Motorcraft part and the car finally started after 14 months of messing around with it. I also replaced the cam sensors with Motorcraft units.

At a fraction of the price, performs like a champ so far. Not too bad to remove but, this was a bear to get in place. Hopefully this is the only time this sensor goes bad.
