First off, this part number 929-125 are SPECIFICALLY FOR 1999-2006 SINGLE CAB SHORT BEDS ONLY (regular cab 6.5’ bed) according to Dorman’s website. I believe these spring rates are different than the other cab configurations. That being said, my 2006 Silverado RCSB truck had worn out 248k mile leaf springs that made the truck ride terrible. I bought these and they arrived quickly, and fit my truck perfectly. The ride quality is the best it has ever been after owning the truck for the last 100k miles. I seriously could not be happier. I put new shocks on the rear at the same time and it rides phenomenal. Again, these are for RCSB trucks, most other configurations take Dorman 929-115, but it’s best to contact Dorman to find the correct spring for your application
