How to use:

Unpacked it, washed it, and put it away. A month later, took it out of the cupboard, put flour in it, pulled the handle, and it snapped. I never got to even use it. Of course it was out the Amazon return period. A very unhappy customer.

I've used this sifter a handful of times, with just hand washing and wiping down with a kitchen towel to eliminate rust and water marks.

I used this with flour to ration the amount needed for a recipe and it didn’t go through very well. Make sure when you fill it up it’s over a sink or an empty bowl before using it.

This appears fine as far as a sifter but was advertised as 5 cup and came as 3 cup. Not exactly what i wanted. Too small but i havent used it yet to rate performance.
