The product serves the purpose but the workmanship of the part is rather poor. The upper and lower points are caulked with something that was already cracked and dried out when it arrived. The inside is very rough at the connection and that could lead to material snags that ultimately clog the downspout.Also, it would be good to specify the angle of the connection.

The angle of this joint makes for the perfect drop for the drains to do their thing.easily connect two downspouts together and make the connection smooth and leak free.

Like I said, do not buy these if you live in the United States, they are not true 3 x 4, either it’s a standard used in Asia or they were just in properly sized. If you purchase any rain gutter stuff on Amazon, you’ll just be sending it back.

This Y-connector does exactly what it says, lets you join two downspouts into one. The materials are standard 3"x4" aluminum with a white coating to match existing spouting of the same size. You will need a few more parts and fittings to do the job, but this takes care of the hardest task, that of joining the two downspouts together. The cost might seem a touch high when you first look at what you get, but considering the time, effort and materials needed to custom cut, fit, securely join and seal the final product if you did it yourself, this is well worth the price.

Caulk, paint, fit/finish. Images tell it all. Caulk has dried out and is shrinking. Super high gloss, extra heavy paint - bubbles in paint along with dirt. Ribbing does not match up to downpipe I got from hardware store. When trying to fit bottom into the downspout I had to crimp the product which made the paint crack and peel off. I was expecting a baked on finish like all the parts I find at hardware stores. Saw blade (or however they cut the sections) left a very jagged and very sharp edges. You should wear gloves if working with this part. But we sent it back.
