Offsets allow you to "bump out" your downspout when there is an obstacle in the way on your wall, such as a ledge. Offsets are also used to connect your downspout to your gutter when there isn't enough space to use two elbows.
2x3 downspout elbows are handcrafted using sturdy 0.19 aluminum.
It has the condition of extrusion and bending resistance.
Will not age due to thermal expansion and contraction, cracking, or frost cracking.

I was searching for a downspout "zigzag" with a 3 inch offset. Most offer a 7+ inches of offset by combining two 75 degree elbow. This is exactly what I needed. Came in quick enough and undamaged (this is thin aluminum), and was exactly as described. Fits perfectly for what I needed.

Paint was a little glossy for my taste and wasn't perfect on arrival but try to find gutter parts in-store and most aren't perfect. Arrived quality, did its job. Probably thicker aluminum than big box

The "big box stores" do not stock these odd fittings. Worked well. You will probably need a sheet metal hand crimper (I did)

I was DIYing my own gutters, I have a 1950's house where the roof is only 3in away from the walls so the regular elbows are too long to bring the downspout towards the wall. I had done everything in aluminium and didn't want to mix in ugly flexible vinyl. After some research I found these (aka S elbow, downspout lead) and was hoping a hardware store would carry them but no luck. Found them on amazon but was hesitant to pay $15 for each piece (pretty pricy). But I took the chance.OVERALL PROS- really good quality aluminium and actually way thicker and sturdier than the ones I bought locally for the rest of the install.- White color matches the original install however a tad on the brighter side but hardly noticeable.- It worked for 3 out of 4 of my downspouts. It brought the downspout opening to the wall and I was able to secure the main downspout to the wall flush and run it all the way to the ground. For the 4th one, I ended up having to use 1 vinyl flex piece but its fine. I used the extra lead to 'jump' a cable that was on the bottom of my wall so it all worked out actually.- Fits nicely on 2x3 alumminium gutters.CONS- no cons honestly, yes a bit pricey but it is what it is.- Just keep in mind the slope! It covered a 3in gap (or rather closes a 3in gap) so make sure it'll work for your needs.

Does not match up with Alcoa standard 3x4 commercial downspouts. I had to over crimp the ends .
