I was having pain in the heels of both my feet so I decided to try these inserts. As soon as I put them in my shoes the pain was almost 100% gone. They fit easily into my shoes and the size was perfect for my size 12 shoes. I bought another pair for my sneakers and they had the same great result. Well worth the money.

I recently took a part time job where I am working standing up for 4-7 hours a day. Doing so my lower back was feeling it to the point of Tylenols and heating pads afterwards and the next day. After doing a google search someone had recommended these in Combination with the Skechers restaurant workers shoes. I got the Shoes first and they helped a little bit but not that much. After 4 shifts with just the new shoes (30-40 bucks on Amazon) I decided to try these inserts and they helped tremendously. The lower back soreness went from a 8-9 to a 1-2 after using these. They are not cheap by any means but in my opinion worth the investment for sure. Also if you have a HSA you may be able to pay or be reimbursed for these. I thought the Video was cool to determine your Arch type! Hope this helps.

I like this is made in a 3/4 length fit well in my shoes , i found the full length did not allow room for my toes with the original insert sole not removed . some shoes you can not remove sole insert keep this in mind while purchasing . I also would not use the inserts you cut away to fit your size shoe , i found these to be poor quality and trouble some . Spend a little more its worth it for your feet.

Recently got another pair to replace ones that I had for about a year. These work well for me as I have some heel pain And fatigue from walking on hard floors all the time. If that is the part of your foot that's bothering you, then you should definitely get these in the corresponding number for yourself. I noticed a difference immediately when I put them on the first time. They Are a bit pricier, but seem to do a better job that regular long thinner insoles.

My hubby wears work boots everyday and spends most of his day working / walking on concrete. These insoles make long days tolerable and work just as well as more expensive insoles. He has used Dr Scholl’s for years and they hold up as long as any of of the more expensive insoles that he has tried!
