I ordered size 7.5 (this is what I normally wear) and it came looking more like size 7. Package arrived open with hair on green inserts. I returned it and ordered size 8-8.5 (next size). This one is a little bit too big and barely fits in shoe size 7.5. Package also arrived open with also hair on inserts. If this company sells an item that was already opened they should sell it half price at least so I know what to expect. But if I order a new item it has to come in new condition. Especially shoe inserts. Gross. I can't return it because I already had to postpone my doctors visit 2 more weeks since he told me to wear these inserts and I haven't gotten a chance to.

These work amazingly well. No problems and they are solid and unbreakable. Fits perfectly in my shoe and much cheaper that an expensive stiff soled shoe

I suffer from Big Toe Joint pain in both feet, but especially in my right foot. This is a result of the connective tissue being worn away between the toe joints, leading to bone on bone friction. At the suggestion of my orthopedist last year, I bought one carbon fiber insert (another seller through Amazon with a product called Onujo fiber insole) to put into my right shoe, so that my right foot toes don't bend when walking. It did the trick. The insert took the pressure off my right toe, because it stayed stable, so almost no pain. I did need a soft insert (e.g., like a Dr. Scholl's gel insert) over the carbon fiber insert because I needed some padding to protect my heel and sole from the carbon fiber's hard surface. I felt sometimes on my right foot that I was walking like Frankenstein, just plopping my foot down, because the foot didn't bend when it hit the ground.Unfortunately, the pain got so bad this year that I had surgery to fuse my Big Toe. Now it really doesn't bend at all, so no friction and no pain, and the carbon fiber insert keeps my right foot flat.Since my left Big Toe pain is now getting worse, I decided to get another carbon fiber insert to see if that would help me postpone surgery for that foot. I went with this vendor because I got two inserts compared to the price of the one I bought last year. So far, so good. These inserts appear to be identical in every way except for the price, and hopefully they keep me walking and pain-free for a good, long time.

I’m very impressed with this carbon fiber insole! The rigidity was exactly what I needed to protect my two fractured toes, as it limited foot flexibility and kept my toes stable while healing. I ordered a size 8 to match my athletic shoe size, and it fit perfectly in several pairs of shoes without any extra bulk. The insole is incredibly lightweight, so it didn’t add any noticeable weight, making it easy to wear for extended periods. The included soft insert added an extra layer of comfort, which was a nice touch. With this insole, I was able to transition smoothly out of my walking boot, as it provided excellent support and minimized toe movement. Highly recommend it to anyone recovering from a foot or toe injury!

My son injured his toe playing tennis and was recommended carbon fiber insoles to help while it was healing. These insoles worked perfectly and after a few weeks of using them his toe is back to normal. They are thin but very strong and keep your foot from bending too much. They were a little tough to get in the shoe, but once they were in they fit perfectly and didn’t slide around at all, which helped so much. I also like the fact that they are interchangeable for each foot, just by flipping over. I would definitely recommend these!

I have been experiencing foot pain in my toes on and off for the last three years. I have tried every insole out there with no luck.While looking for another solution I found these carbon fiber insoles. After a week of wearing them, I noticed a major improvement. These insoles help prevent your toes from bending. This was the cause of my pain as I was experiencing discomfort in the joints of my toes. They help to provide additional stability with no noticeable effect. I thought at first that the lack of flexibility would change my gait, but this was not the case.These inserts also come with additional fabric covers that are slightly adhesive. These fabric covers feel great, and keep the inserts in place. I recommend them to anyone as they have been a lifesaver for me. In fact, I just ordered another set of them for my workout shoes.

I had a Hairline Fracture in my foot. (I work in a Warehouse) A lot of walking. Thank God it’s healing. I purchased this product and it really helps. More cushion, thickness and easy to install. I would recommend getting it.

I have a partially amputated foot and the brace that held the spacer to fill the front of my shoe, and help provide balance, was not providing the stability it was supposed to. I didn't even know Carbon Fiber Insoles existed until someone told me about them, in the context of athletes using them. I was ready to try something new! I had researched and found a material to make a spacer out of, although a completely different substance than used by the company who made my previous spacer. Long story short, I made my own spacer and stocking but I was still going to need an orthotic or something in my shoe to give me more support than an ordinary insole. The Carbon Fiber Insoles were the last piece to the "puzzle". These insoles provide the stiffness that I need and give me enough support to wear regular shoes again! They come in the size I need so I don't need to cut them to fit. I am a large person and, although these don't seem very thick, they support me with no problem.These insoles have let me feel somewhat normal again!
