HOW TO USE | PROPER CARE
For best fit, remove existing insole from shoe and insert PowerStep® Insole into your shoe. Position the insole against the back of the shoe, holding it in place as you slide your foot in.
Spot clean with mild detergent. Do not immerse in water. Air Dry.

I have been waiting for the right insoles for the longestHave been trying different brand and this one feels nice. Feet's have less pain. Will see how long will it last. I give 5 stars for now.
