I bought these as a gift for my son. He really likes having Asian style soup spoons. We used them the other day and they worked well. They do seem to be on the larger side, but that just helps eat delicious soup quicker. The design is cool too!

These ceramic spoons have a nice balanced feel in your hand. The curve is just right to hold easily. The bowls are pretty deep so you can get a good amount of soup in each spoonful. These are basically little ladles, and using them for soup makes a lot of sense! The decoration on these is applied really well, but I can feel the stencil when I run my finger across the dragon and on the flames up near the top of the handle. I plan on hand washing these just in case that decoration won't play nice in the dishwasher. I really like these spoons and I am glad to finally have a nice set.

These are really pretty soup spoons, they have an elegant and classy feel to them. They’re sturdy enough but they feel delicate in your hand. Deep bowl to make soup easier and quicker to eat. I love the dragon too, Asian style dragons are so fantastical. There is a hole in the stem if you want to hang/display them but I plan on using them.They come in an attractive red box that is suitable for gifting. They would be a great gift too. It’s not something you think of buying yourself. I’m a ramen fanatic and I didn’t have any soup spoons. I have no idea why, I knew they existed. And it’s so much more enjoyable. I’m just glad I have them now.
