Was very excited for this product and gave 1 to my sister and 1 to my parents. First night I had the product we made pasta and I pours the pasta in to strain. The plastic at the spout expanded the strainer piece fell out along with all the pasta into the sink. Very sad this didn’t workout - it’s a great idea.

The only warning was on the plastic bag not to put the bag over your head. These are flimsy, cheap, and cannot be used with boiling water because they’ll warp and the slide-in screen piece will fall out into your sink and down the garbage disposal quickly. It’s hard to believe any manufacturer would think these are acceptable for sale, let alone use.

There is a little trap that comes in and out to stop the food. It is poorly fitting and sometimes the food comes out

Rather than holding a strainer or putting it into the sink. Sit this on the counter, discharging into the sink, with no steam burns or awkward strainer holding.
