i welded to my Reese hitch did not trust enough just bolting on with ball didn't even try just welded wanted to be sure before getting on road and finding out otherwise

My trailer came with an antisway bar but mt hitch didn't. Very heavy piece of plate steel added ability to hook up antisway bar.

Works well so far. Drove 300 miles with it. Took a while to figure out precisely how tight to adjust the sway bar, but the adapter held up.We got my brother to weld it onto our hitch, as some of the other comments suggested, and now it's just as good as one manufactured. Drove 300 more miles and it's still doing well.

This adapter bracket worked perfectly. No need to pay for a welder to attach a permanent piece to the hitch. This bracket can be removed from the ball hitch when not towing the trailer. Very happy with this purchase.
