This product looks fine and all, but the problem lies with the Wii Remote charging. When I put a Wii Remote on the dock, a blue light comes on and immediately turns off as if being fully charged. That to me says the Wii Remote is not actually charging. Please do not buy this product.

Induction charging is so cool! Being able to charge my Wii remotes just by setting them on the charger's surface is very convenient, I don't even have to take off the jackets. It also charges my Wii U Gamepad well.The USB ports aren't very good for charging other electronics like my Kindle Fire tablet. I did some time tests and found it takes about 5 hours to charge my Kindle from 0 to 100% and over 10 hours if the Wii remotes & gamepad are charging at the same time.This charging station may not be the best at charging everything simultaneously, but it is definitely good at charging just the Wii U controllers.

The DreamGear can function most of it's featured add ons. For starters, two Wii Motes and a Wii U Gamepad can be charged. My problem begins with the USB ports which are not powerful enough to charge simple things like an iPod Shuffle. It's easy to tell this is due to keeping a fifty dollar price tag, but this made the USB ports useless. Also, the "High Quality" speakers and noisy and cheap. But my biggest complaint regards cases and skins for the Wii U Gamepad. The cradle is too compact and won't allow any additional accessories on the Wii U Gamepad. This was a bummer because I had recently bought an external battery and case. I had to return both devices because of this.

The other dreamgear charger that is round is too damn bright and flaws in how it charges the wiimotes and no pro usb slots. This one is perfect. It will charge your gamepad, two usb devices (pro controllers), and two wii motes with contact charging batteries. The wii mote spots have a light to let you know they are charging, highly recommend.
