Installed and worked correctly for about 10 minutes. Then the exhaust fan failed and will not operate. Be careful!

The adapter would fit on the shopsmith but the threads would not fit my fac plates ,I need a thread design off 10 tpiI ordered the contoller by mistake after talking to an Electrician he said it would not work on an AC motor. So I didn't open the package.

I’m using this to control a blower on a wood stove. Gives nice control, well made, the digital display lets you dial it in to the same setting every time.

The knob is not very tight so you are able to spin the knob rather than operate the controller. Just pop the knob off and tighten the nut before you use it otherwise you may twist and break the wires off of the solder points for the knob inside the device. Other than that it operates well so far.
