i had one of those plastic ones and was hard to read. this one is metal and very easy to read.

Heavy built and will last a long time but the numbers are not etched into the metal so with time they will wear off if used daily or if in contact with other metal.

Inaccurate. paint on gauge has affected the dimensions. high quality drills will not pass thru on the known size. Tried with Bosch drill. confirmed their dimensions.
