Installation Steps:
Use a crowbar to pry the old glass together with the plate;
Unplug the pins which connect the old glass;
Put the pins into the new glass;
Put the plate align with the steering gear, and press it on the center.

POS! Dont buy! Doesnt have the plug in wiring harness and wont fit the clips for my 20-7 Ram 1500 ShI tried to push it into place and both clips snapped. Very cheaply made and I am very disappointed
