I bought this refurbished GPS in October 2024 and within 4 months it has stopped working. That is too disappointing. I would request seller to contact me and try to resolve the Issue with me. I couldn't find any direct way to contact the seller. That is the reason I am leaving this feedback.

Garmin continues to deliver where other GPS solutions won't or can't. I purchased this one for my wife. The voice navigation and real time traffic along with the photo rendered exit signs make the navigation almost fool proof.

It is a nice unit and works fine, just be sure to have a passenger to hold the unit for you to see it, because they DO NOT include the parts to mount it to your windshield? Best of luck to any new customers, If i had it to do over I would just buy new!update I was able to go to wallyworld and purchase the missing part!Steve

I Submitted a post on Amazon few days ago stating don't buy refurbished electronics on Amazon. I need to back track on my statement there OK mine is working fine now I will keep you posted.

This Model is loaded with world maps. I had 3 other Garmins (1 was thrift store purchas & 1 was bought at garage sale) but none had the maps for Canada and Alaska! This has edge to edge screen, plus you can control actions with your voice such as volume control. The reason I don't use phone apps especially going through Canada and into Alaska is the cell towers are few and far between when you drive through hundreds abd hundreds of miles of nothing! With this GPS and the Milepost guide we are good to go!

This is not my first GPS and from now on, I'll use Garmin GPS systems : they're robust, they have great map details and interfaces.I bought this product refurbished and have to say I'm a little disappointed from the vendor ( isave renewed ) for not including the car charger with traffic receiver included (as Garmin's website indicates that it is a standard accessory ), so I'll have to dish out the extra money to have that function in my GPS.

I love the Drive Smart GPS units as they are always up-to-date and bigger screens than our older Garmin ones!! Now we have one for our whole family of 4!!!!
