This timer is so intricate and involved in its initial configuration that it is difficult for most people to understand and install properly, it requires a high level of technical knowledge or expertise.you can't even set it up for a 7-Day configuration it has to be a weekday configuration and a weekend configuration. I miss the old analog timers. I would absolutely not recommend this complicated thing to anyone no matter how inexpensive it is. {change to star rating up to four star and I did finally figured out how to make this thing work you got to keep hitting the day button over and over again to get to the 7 day configuration. also don't try to set it up when it's turned on that won't work}

I use the repeat function to control my cycling humidifier and air fan. Works great. Just don't accidentally let it get wet haha.

I bought this to reboot my modem and router everyday. It works well for this purpose. I like that it has an electrical outlet on each side of the timer. In my case, I use one for the router, and one for the modem. And I also like that it has a built-in battery so that it won't lose your settings in case of a power failure.But as others have noted, the operation of the unit isn't intuitive at all. You'll be dead in the water if you lose the instruction sheet. For example: To turn the unit OFF, press the "Switch" button. To turn it ON, press "Switch" first, then press the "Timed" and "Enter" buttons at the same time. Seriously? I guess having a simple ON/OFF button on the unit is too much to ask for.I've only had this unit in operation for a day. So I'll have to wait and see how long it lasts. I'll update this review at a future date.
