The boots appear to be made of a quality rubber and fit my 1600 Dual Port engine perfectly. Clamps worked well and gaskets sealed up nicely. I recommend it this kit.

These worked great to get the lag and running issues out of my 1600 DP engine.I wasn't able to detect my intake leak by spraying the old boots with it running but they split open when I removed them.I coated the gaskets with High Tac sealer and lubed the boots with petroleum jelly to install. One note is I should have put the boots on the manifold ends with them off the car and slid those into the center tube as I put it together. I did it in reverse and getting the boots on the intake ends in the car was a pain.I also cleaned my 34-pict3 carb and set the timing on the 009 distributor to 30* at max advance. My idle has to be set a little high but it runs great with no hesitation or bog.

Fits perfectly, however I used metal gaskets instead of the paper ones they sent with it, paper seems like it would work fine, I just had a quality pair of metals ones already.
