It doesn’t feel very sturdy, but it is, our 18 month old daughter ran through the house clamping and using it to “chomp” anything and everyone slow enough to get caught!She he design is tongs, simple but effective, I mean you fill it with rice, nobody wants a manufacturer to get fancy with tongs!The molds are spot on ducks, my disturber saw them for the first time and yelled “Quack!” and she still sees the moon, points at it and shouts “Ball!”Absolutely worth it.

This duck rice mold does the job... molding rice into cute shapes, making eating fun -- especially for my young toddler granddaughters. One carefully, with both of her little hands, scooped up the cute (what we referred to as) ducky rice off of her scrambled eggs to set aside to delightfully enjoy as her finale! The mold is rather flimsy, with longer handles than I feel necessary, but successfully serves its purpose: fun with food!

My toddler has become picky about his food. I'm trying to make different shapes to grab his attention. This duck rice mold is very easy to use to make a duck-shaped rice ball. My toddler is really into it. The rice ball is quite large for him to actually eat, but it makes the rice look very cute and appealing. My toddler loves it more as a toy.

We've used this to create snow ducks, and they're so cute! My toddler loves this thing. You have to have the correct kind of packable snow but then it works well. He's been carrying it around constantly for days clacking it and it's held up well so far.

This mold is so cute. For rice and softer things this will work just fine. I do not think on harder things it would work as the handles are not strong enough to make the form. Perfect gift for that person who is obsessed with rubber ducks. Turn dinner into a fun dinner. Functions well.

This is a very cute rice mold. It is fairly simple to use, it is a bit difficult to get enough rice in to make sure it is packed solid. With a bit of practice to learn the right amount I don't think this will be a long standing issue though. Overall it is well made and very cute.

This is really a dollar store item. I would not recommend it. If I could return it, I would.
