Perfect exactly what I expected. I didn’t want the traditional plate to eat off of, these caught my eye. Came well packaged and very sturdy not heavy or light. Just right.

These are excellent sushi plates and add class and functionality for this delicacy. The quality is excellent and very sturdy. They look great and function well. I definitely recommend them.

These plates are heavy stoneware. I have the black ones and there are little ridges in them that make the plate look as if it's wooden, which is a nice effect. The work great for sushi and for numerous other preparations. I specifically like to do Risotto and Scallops on them. The contrast in colors is great and the unorthodox shape really stuns your dinner guests. I highly recommend picking up at least two, if not four of them. They clean up very nicely- food doesn't stick to them easily. The only thing to remember is that they are stoneware which means they are a bit heavy. Definitely not a deal-breaker.

Really good quality and looks like a dish at a fine restaurant. Fits perfectly for sushi and also for many more occasions
