I was so happy with this insulated pitcher. It kept my tea warm for hours and was so easy to pour. Unfortunately , after a couple months I was cleaning it and noticed the inside lining was flaking off :( the inside was also turning dark colored even tho I cleaned regularly. I was so sad to have to throw it out but I wasn’t sure it was safe to drink out of :(

This is not only well insulated so the coffee stays hot but it looks hot sitting on you counter. Easy to clean too.

Easy to keep clean. It keeps the water hot for several hours. Generally I will boil water in my water kettle. Enough for the day. After my morning tea, the remaining hot water into the carafe. Keeps the water hot for several hours. Attractive looking carafe, wide mouth, easy to clean. A little more expensive than other carafes, worth the extra cost.

This guy is super cute, but the lid doesn't come apart to clean. Not sure how good it will be long term, but for now it does the job.

Love the carafe because it kept things hot and we liked the look. Hate handle. When it broke we found that it was only glue and a plastic piece that connected it to the carafe. Flawed design.

We loved the design and it kept coffee hot, but it became unusable after less than 1 year.There’s an inner gasket in the lid that disintegrated after less than 1 year. When that gasket goes, liquid flows freely out of the spout, even if the release button is not pressed. Plus it allows heat to escape. Even if you could buy a replacement gasket (I searched a lot, none available) the lid assembly doesn’t come apart, so you can’t replace the gasket anyway. Likewise, you cannot replace the entire lid. I tried to find a contact address for the manufacturing company, but couldn’t find one.As cool as this carafe appears, I would not recommend buying it. I’ve just ordered a replacement carafe, but opted for a completely different brand.

This is a great design, just remember to clean the lid and under the lid washer (rubber part) as well. It keeps the temperature hot for a few hours. I am very happy using it!

Very stylish, easy to clean, looks exactly like the pictures. Keeps my coffee warm for hours… I actually use it whenever I have guests staying over, it is big enough for a crowd..

This is the carafe I highly recommend to anyone! Keep my coffee hot for a long time! The handle is perfect for holding. Closes tightly-no leaks so far! Super happy with my purchase! And also it’s really good looking.
