This item appears to be well built. Comes with all the hardware, and in good condition.

This mount is well built. It might take a little skill to get it mounted correctly so that you don’t have to worry about it falling out of your wall. Just make sure you use anchors and find your wall studs. It doesn’t come with springs like in my picture, but I highly suggest using some like me to reduce the stress on the the bolts and your wall. Love it so far and I workout pretty aggressive on it 3x a week. If you install it correctly. It should hold up for years! Thanks for reading. 4 stars just because it’ll take minor skills to install safely. Otherwise it’s great

This product announced that it supports 500lbs and I was using a 150lbs heavy bag from Scheels. After following the concrete installation from their manual, everything was firmly attached to the wall as you can see in the image. But after 15 minutes or less of usage, the support just dropped off the wall I almost caused an accident with my toddler. As you can see the screw and part of the support just bended.

Overall, a nice unit but the hardware it came with, particularly the connector hooks, are crap and broke/bent with a few uses of me beating the crap out of my heavy bag. I had to ditch the chain until I get some real carabineers

Recently ordered another brand bag mount from Amazon, but this one is at least three times the weight of that one, and should provide a lifetime of service if properly cared for. There's nothing overly complicated here, and there doesn't need to be, it's just a well-made, sturdy piece of equipment. When assembling, I will insert thrust bearings between the lock nut and the tube on the top, and between the eye-bolt and the tube on the bottom to facilitate better movement and less wear, which can occur fast on metal-to-metal surfaces that move and vibrate a lot. The thrust bearings I ordered (from Amazon) are part #'s uxcell 51201 and uxcell AXK1226. One uses ball bearings, the other needle bearings, and I will experiment and see which works best. I highly advise using something similar. If not well lubricated or otherwise taken care of, chains and hooks can wear through amazingly fast on a heavy bag, and this I have experienced first-hand. I measured the bolt shaft on the eye-bolt at around 11.5 mm, so the thrust bearings I referenced feature a 12mm hole. You are advised to take your own measurements if you decide to go the thrust bearing route. For what it is, what it does, and what it costs: Five StarsI am the Totally Unbiased Reviewer Dude (T.U.R.D.) and that is how I see it.
