These were very straight forward to replace and the cushioning is a huge improvement from the old ear pads. I'm still struggling with ear pain, but I have decided it's the clamp style of the XBOX over the ear headphones sitting on my jaw bone that's causing the pain. While these didn't resolve it completely they helped a lot and did what they were intended to do.

Of course, these are just third party replicas but, they’re exactly the same and are super comfortable to use and easy to install and fit perfectly! Best way to extend your headset’s useful life without trashing or replacement them just because a wore down ear cushion.
