This is a Competitive and Fast Paced Flying Disc Game,
just space the poles out between 20 and 40 feet depending on your disc tossing skills. To score points, you must knock the bottle off the opposing team’s pole. You can hit the bottle directly, or hit the pole to knock the bottle off. You score 2 points if the bottle hits the ground, and 1 point if the disc hits the ground. The opposing team can stop you from scoring if they catch the bottle or the disc before it hits the ground! Teams alternate throwing and playing defense

The fact that you don't need to stick the pole to the ground and that you could adjust the height convinced me to choose this Polish horseshoe set. The flying discs that came with the set are the size of the ones used in Ultimate but lighter so the pole is likely to hold even with repeated hits. The weighted bottles balance well on the base capping the poles. The weighted bottles are easy on the hands if dropped only by gravity.

So my son got this for Christmas. We took it across the street to play. The game rules were a bit confusing, but we just threw the disk to knock off the bottles. The stand itself was a bit tricky to assemble but once we understood the mechanics it wasn't bad. The plastic bottles are nice and heavy and a good simulation of a glass bottle. This game comes with a drawstring bag and strap that can be carried. I plan to pack it in our camping equipment to use on scout troop campouts.

This is a great outdoor game. I think that it's better played on grass than on concrete or asphalt (grass allows diving for the bottle or the disc), but the fact that the stands have legs enables it to be set up anywhere. The provided discs are adequate, although they are not Discraft, which are the preferred discs for the game of ultimate; however, this game could also be played with any flying discs -- even disc golf discs, and the game could be used as a training aid for that game or for the game of ultimate.The set is compact; it breaks down well and assembles easily. The parts are plastic, and so its long-term durability remains to be seen. Because plastic tends to break down and become brittle under UV light, I wouldn't leave the set up all summer, but it's a great game to take to picnics or to the beach. All-in-all, I'm pleased to have and to recommend it; this is a great game, and it's a good set.

I used one of these as a game for a Trunk or Treat, and it held up well to being used on concrete over and over and over again. Sturdy enough to hold up to wind/being moved around/knocked over as well. Went together (and came apart in the case of the base) well.The one thing that is a little goofy is calling the height adjustment a "button". It's not. It's a twist just like most adjustable length things like this are. And it's friction based so it can be overcome and fall into itself. Not a big issue, and unlikely to affect play (hence no stars off), but just fair warning.

This outdoor game was an absolute hit at our family party! You get 2 frisbees, 2 bottles, two stands to hold the bottles (that have a score counter on them) and a nice carrying bag for when you are done/for storage. Really a terrific value-each piece is made of very good quality materials, the bottles are a thick rubbery plastic, the frisbees also a thick plastic, the stands are metal poles that are easy to assemble and balance well. The gameplay itself is such an easy concept as well, everyone from child to adult can have a blast playing this game (so much so, that i think this may have replaced corn-hole and horseshoes!)Simply a terrific game, cannot recommend enough!
