Though listed specifically as replacement for ProCom vent free devices and as such should fit in the bracket meant to hold thermocouple in position, the working end was significantly shorter than the OEM it replaced. As a result, it would only just reach the pilot flame it was monitoring, nothing like the 3/8" immersion that the instructions recommended. Though the valve did work with this shortened location, I was afraid that so little flame contact might cause intermittent failures due to air currents disrupting the flame enough to cause the valve to drop out. Was able to clamp it higher than actually intended according to the mounting grooves fabricated into the thermocouple. Now has adequate flame contact, though still maybe not the full 3/8" they desired.Still, it replaces factory part listed at $31.00. Works well, proves in less than five seconds. For the savings in price, worth a bit of fiddling with the mount. MADE IN CHINA.

Was difficult to locate on line. Because picture was from an angle that it was hard to determine if it was exactly like the one I was replacing.

Our Procom gas heat was acting up so I did some online research. The thermo coupler seemed to be the culprit. It was a great factory exact replacement and easily installed. Fast delivery too. The quality is great. Working fine for the second winter now.
