20mm Heatsink Kit 20x20x10mm
This 20mm (L) x 20mm (W) extruded aluminum heatsink kit is specially designed for Cooling gpu backplate, 3D printer Motor, Raspberry Pi and other electronics / robotics projects. This set of heatsink is low profile (0.39" / 10mm) and made from 6063-T5 aluminum alloy with high thermal conductivity, structure stability and light weight. The heatsink extrusion is in vertical and horizontal grooves, that is greatly increases the heat dissipation function. The surface of extruded aluminum is anodized. This kit of heatsink comes with 20x20mm pre-applied thermal conductive adhesive tape, for easy installation and optimum heat conductivity.

I put together my version of an all-in-one computer. Portable 18.5" touchscreen attached to a 'puck' computer. I wanted 'spacers' to distance the puck from the back of the screen to avoid heat buildup. These heatsinks are perfect size and function as structural spacer and back of screen heat dispensation.

The Roku sticks get very hot and by sticking the little heatsinks in a row on both sides solved the problem.

I got these and a fan to put on my RTX 3090 backplate to cool it off. The backplate sits on RAM that was cooking at ~105 C. As soon as I stuck these on, they became unbearably hot, so the adhesive does transfer heat well. Putting a fan on them made them cool to the touch, so the fins provide good surface area for air to remove the heat. Dropped my RAM by 10 C.

The thermal pads don’t stick well and I don’t think they work very well. Otherwise the heat sinks are great.

Not sure how consistent they are, but the heatsinks I got were great, and the thermal tape supplied was nicely thick compared to another brand's heatsink I ordered, was preapplied, unlike that other brand, and stuck very well.I can feel them getting all hot to the touch as they keep my components nice and cool. I will absolutely be buying this brand again for this type of heatsink.
