All this time I was putting on my kitty food. Thought it was working.I took my cat in to see her doctor, she was so backed up she had to be cleaned out.I do not recommend this product. You will not know it's not working until you have to take them into the vet.

This did not produce any softness to the stool and did not create a more normal bowel function. When I ran it past the holistic vet she stated, "You can give it a try but I wouldn't hold your breath with those specific ingredients." She was right. Now thats not to say it wont work for someone else. The important thing to remember with anything holistic is that you may need to try 3 or 4 items before you find what works for your pet's body. For my cat, who is a champ at removing water from her color and then gets stopped up this has been a lifelong issue. After taking her to a nutritionist we ended up on a regime of Miralax and Konsyl. I put a sprinkle of one or the other in each wet meal she eats. Too soft....cut back a bit. Too hard....add a bit more. That seams to do that best keeping her soft and moving. Not the best stuff but the only thing that worked for us.

I've had two cats with low gut motility, which translates into constipation and hard, dry, painful stools. If cats associate the litter box with pain, they begin to use alternate places within the house. Unpleasant, to be sure. I give my cat 1/4 teaspoon in his morning feeding; sometimes a little less, sometimes a little more (I think variability is good) and he poops like a champ at least every other day. No straining, no crying, no rogue turds around the house - it's in the box, 100% of the time. He's happy, I'm happy - everybody wins. Just to note, before finding Easy Go New, I tried mineral oil (which depleted my cat of essential nutrients and made his coat greasy), Miralax, Dulcolax - all of which had undesirable side effects. This product does the job gently, with no side effects.

I bought this for my nineteen year old Siamese as none of the other remedies for constipation (pumpkin, petromalt) were working. After a few weeks of sprinkling this in her food, she is no longer constipated. Her coat looks great and she is running all over the yard again. Great product!

I only gave my cat one dose 1/2 tsp in the morning with his wellness grain free wet food and a few hours later, he threw it up. And it's the only new thing I gave him. So, I don't think it agreed with him. And I certainly don't want my fur baby throwing up. So, I will just continue with his grain free diet and vetasyl, which seems to be working. I just thought I would try this cause I thought it might be better, but it's not for my cat.

I've tried a number of things to help my cat who seems to easily get "stuffed up". This product - by far - has been the best one I've given my cat.

This product seems to be doing the trick along with another product I have been prescribed by my vet. My cat has chronic constipation. She does not seem to ingest enough water. Although I do a lot of other things to assist her regularity, [pumpkin in in the diet, added water to the food...], the combination of this product and the vet's product seem to be helping to keep her going.
