2. No need to use bypass to process original car key. When dealing with the car chip immobilizer, please take out the battery from car OEM remote and put the car OEM keys into the induction coil.
3. You need to unlock/remove the steering wheel lock when do the installation.

I had this installed by a professional. Was good while it worked by I noticed when the weather got hot it stopped working. Now I have to pay to have the system removed and return to stock. Of course it is past the time frame for me to send it back for a refund. So please heed this warning. It is faulty. Will have your check engine light coming on and your alarm going off when it starts to fail.

I bought it for the PKE.It's just a bonus that it comes with remote start.The PKE works so well.And it really modernizes the interior with the push to start button.I'll have a video uploaded shortly.*UPDATE 10/15/2024I have continued to have no issues. If you go on yotub (spelled wrong to get past the amazon algorithm) you can find my video review of this. Just search for my channel name Elevated Vehicles and you'll find the video I made on this unit.1 of the best mods I've done hands down.

Absolutely perfect mod for 2013 Wrangler JK. Exactly as advertised to be plug-n-play. No wire splicing or programming required. Provided directions are hard to follow, but there’s enough YouTube videos out there to make it a simple install. Only tough part is running all the wires for the antennas. Highly recommend you also purchase the immobilizer bypass module. Placing the original key fob in the SKIM module didn’t always work for some reason. I purchased the EasyGuard BM002 and works great. Zero issues.
