I bought this to put my keyless entry/start car keys in because of the security issues around these types of car. I’ve tried on several occasions to see if the car unlocks with the keys in the box whilst standing next to the car, and it doesn’t see them at all. Open the box and the car unlocks. It’s worth mentioning that I also have an Apple AirTag on my keys, and when In the box the ‘find my’ app on my phone does not see the AirTag. This box does exactly what is is supposed to do so I’m completely happy with it. It is not the biggest box but will keep an average size set of keys in. Highly recommended.

Very stylish box to keep your fob in to prevent the signals from being stolen and relay hacked to steal your car. Leave your spare in the box, and when you get home, put the other one in side and your signals will not be stolen to steal your car.

Fit's fobs no problem. We have no idea if it works until there is an attempt to breach security. Nice looking, sturdy and fits . Good usage and value.

Tested the supposed RFID blocking box out by placing my key fob inside the box, closed the lid, walked up to my vehicle, placed my hand on the door handle and the door unlocked. I sat inside my vehicle with the key fob inside and the lid closed and my vehicle started.I do not recommend this product!

Tried with a smart watch (Bluetooth) from a few inches away and it still appeared to be controllable from a phone. Tried with a 2023 key fob for a car, and the car did not detect it, even when placed against the window/door.

I should start by saying the customer service is impeccable quick response they also have refunded my money right away yet the bad thing is this box does not block the signal my truck still unlocks with the keys in this box it will start and it will drive. Maybe with other vehicles you will have different experience I have a Ford F150. On a second thought you can use this box as a jewelry box or something else

Ordered yesterday, got it an hour ago. Does its job of blocking RF BUT you just need to make sure that the lock is properly secured AND the cover is perfectly closed. The slightest gap will let RF go through.I've tested with my two keyfobs in the box and couldn't unlock, lock or start the vehicle (Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road 2018). With the latch engaged on the box, I forced the cover up to take advantage of the slack from the latch (since it does have some wiggle room as it is not perfect) and I was able to get a 1-2mm gap. This let the RF go through. One method used by car thieves to steal a vehicle is to use some RF relay device to 'wake-up' the key from outside while the keyfob is inside the house. The vehicle thinks the key is nearby therefore the vehicle can be unlocked and started.... and stolen. Using this box, if properly closed, all RF should be blocked from reaching the key therefore vehicle not stolen.Note that I've ordered the small box and it is in fact small. I'll be able to fit two full key sets + 2 extra fobs but that's it.

Popped my key in the box and my car still automatically unlocked when i got close to it with the box in hand. As far as I can tell, this doesn't work at all.
