I needed to replace my dell monitor housing because the old one was junk and fell apart. This was exactly what I needed. Everything more or less easily fit in to place. I would rate the job difficulty as 6.5 out of 10.

If you have the misfortune of owning one if these G3 models, this is the product you're looking for to fix the broken hinge. I wish it came with instructions, but a couple YouTube videos showed how to replace it. I also recommend loosening the hinges a bit to reduce the stress on the screws. It was a perfect fit and took about a half hour to replace.
