I was able to rebuild my PS pump in my 2000 Prelude, I also replaced the bearing since I had the pump taken apart.I would advise anyone who is doing this not to screw around with the vanes which are hidden in the pump, after removing the 4 bolts holding the housing together slowly slide the pump out, if you screw around with the vanes, it's likely your pump will be noisy. Try and work clean, clean the outside of the pump before taking it together. Lube the seals when installing them, I chose to lube them with a tiny bit of 3m Silicone Paste., I had 1 extra o-ring left over. The kit includes the following o-rings/seals, 7 in total, parts are all Honda OEM as a reference:Main Seal 91249-P2A-003Thinner o-ring 91347-PAA-A01Blue o-ring (Honda OEM is orange) 91345-RDA-A01Shaft o-ring (comes with 2, this was the extra one I had left over) 91347-P2A-003Large o-ring 91348-P2A-003Strange Oring 91349-P2A-003I would suggest you also replace the high pressure line o-ring, this o-ring wasn't included in the kit, that part number is 91370-SV4-000.

Fixed the power steering pump whining noise in my 2003 Acura MDX. Very easy fix with a basic socket set. There are a lot of videos on YouTube for this repair. Replaced about a month and 1000 miles ago. Nice that this pack comes with an extra set in case you drop one in the engine compartment like I did. Also refilled with Honda genuine power steering fluid; I got the three pack just in case but only used one bottle and have not needed to add more yet. Problem has not returned.

Worked great, replaced all the seals on my 1997 prelude power steering pump with this kit. 2 months later and not a drop of fluid leaking. Easy install also. Had 2 o-rings left over, but that's because I am sure this kit is made for multiple applications.

I got the rebuild kit and everything in it looked quality and up to OE standards, I elected to return my kit though because as it got cold my pump started to get noisy, which to me makes me think that there’s enough wear on the fins inside the pump that I might as well replace it. If not for that I would of for sure rebuilt it. AS A CAUTION TO OTHERS. If your pump is noisy a rebuild kit will not fix that, it’s better to replace your pump.

Bought this for my 2001 Honda Accord 4 cylinder engine (F23A4) with 200k miles. Original one had 200k miles and though it worked fine it was leaking so decided to rebuild it (replace o-ring and bearing gasket).Pros: Seals seem to match the ones I was replacing (kit had an extra small o-ring). Pump was relatively easy to remove from the vehicle and take apart though pay close attention when you dissemble it (especially the inner pumps as their are small "vanes" that will fall out and a couple of key components that need to be assembled in the correct order. You will need to bleed the system after re-installation. Do this by jacking the front wheels off the ground and while the engine running turn the steering wheel all the way to the left and right couple of times.Cons: After the rebuild no more leaks BUT the unit makes a growling sound. First thought there is still air in the system but after 2 weeks of driving the sound persists. It still driveable but annoying. I might try and tear down the unit and reassemble again.
