I’ve been needlepointing for over 20 years and I’ve used a lot of different frames. This was solid wood so I didn’t feel it was flimsy or cheap. But I had an issue with the teeth of the connector ends. I had to hammer to get the two pieces to join and all my other frame parts like this have always slid together easily. Not sure if it’s just this batch of them or what, but it took me maybe 10 minutes to get the frame of 4 pieces together while trying not to break or bend the frame. So overall good, but I’m concerned when I need to switch the sides for a different sized project and that it will be a pain to swap out.

Nothing wrong with the product at all, but the shipping is NOT the couple days they advertise. Amazon is asking me to rate this and I still haven't received it after 3 weeks. Buyer beware.
