Used this vibration plate and loved it for 2 years and then it started making a loud noice that was too annoying to use. It took awhile for me to find their customer service and contact them, but once I did, they worked with me and are sending me a replacement and added one of their massagers. I would absolutely buy from them again just based on the customer service, but the machine was great too. I have missed using it and anxious to get the replacement.

This little machine is awesome! Only a week in using, but I feel it is improving my self being. Easy and relaxing to do. No problems what's so ever. I am 72 with minor ailments and this is not giving me any problems, only positive vibes!

La manette ne fonctionne pas, oui j'ai retiré la pellicule plastique. Et le silicone ne semble pas super bien coller. Comme si il était un peu usé. Mais il fait très bien le travail...mais vraiment la manette c'est gossant quand tu payes presque 300$ ...

Had to send back first one since it didn’t come with a power. I have to say Amazon made that super easy just put it outside my door. They picked it up and dropped off the new on. Remote never worked. No instruction manual to help with what they pre-programmed. Nice quality and I like the seat and arm strength cords. Just wish I had all the information for what I paid.

Love my Ellison vibration plate. I have owned it going on almost 2 years. The relief I feel in my legs after using it is remarkable. The different speeds make it easy for me to customize my workouts. I have no issues with the remote control as it has always worked great for me. When my family come to visit they all take turns using it. When this one wears out I will try to replace it with the same one ( if still available ).

je suis heureuse de me joindre aux milliers de personnes satisfaites.. wow.. silencieux, leger.j ai une grosse machine a l interieure et je l ai achetee pour en faire sur le patio exterieur l 'ete.c est tres silencieux. tres agreable. j en suis totalement enchantee.j adore cette machine tres tres silencieuse pour les programmes.. boff.. faut pas se compliquer la vie. c est simple il y a 5 programmes de vibrations suggeres {p1 a P5} . c est vrai qu il y a peu d explication sur le feuillet. mais ce n est pas grave. . et on peut faire aussi a notre tete. tres simple . wow, ecoutez la tele doucement en se faisant brasser les f esses wow.. c est doux et c est genial.. quand cela arrete.. on ressent ce petite vague sanguine qui nous parcourt. wow.. j adore. (la grosse machine vibrante du sous-sol est plus violente que celle-ci si on s assis dessus)

I paid for a new vibrating machine, received a used one, sent it back and then received another one where the remote was clearly defective and unable to use the top half of the remote. I called and left multiple messages and emails, requesting to replace the defective remote. I did not want to send the unit back, and I made that perfectly clear that I just needed to replace the remote. Unfortunately, I was forced to return the whole unit because they would not respond, absolutely no response. It is also advertised as a 3-D vibrating unit and it is not a 3-D at all. It only moves up and down like your regular vibration unit so they also are false advertising If you buy this unit and something happens you’re on your own. Thankfully, my issues happened in the beginning because when the warranty ends, even if it doesn’t end and there’s a problem, it’s going to be your problem they will not respond..
