Most of the graduated cylinders I've used were made from thicker glass. It made them at least a pound heavier than this one but I never worried about how they'd tolerate getting accidentally knocked over. The cylinder has a pretty large base so I'm not too worried about it tipping over.It appears to be more accurate than the +/- 4ml tolerance they list in the description. I tested t using an automatic pipette and the volumes were pretty close to dead on for the first 100ml. I would have tested further but my pipette only does 10ml and this is a 500 ml cylinder. All in all, it seems like a good deal for the money.

It’s a graduated cylinder… it measures liquid at its stated accuracy. I use mine for black and white film developing and it’s been perfect so far for my 2 reel Patterson tank. Never had any issues with it. The anti roll neck on it is beyond nice though. It’s actually solid unlike a few other options available.
