These are large and not for the api test kit. Very nice though if you needed a large one.

Nicely made, a little bigger than I thought. All is good except the height could be a little shorter. The test tubes are a little difficult to get out of it once placed in there. It's very sturdy and so much cuter than a plastic one.

If you are looking to buy this for aquarium Test tubes. don’t bother will not hold test tubes for aquariums

I love it! This rack is nicely made and appropriately priced. It's kind of a treat to use something attractive when testing the water of my reef aquarium. I like being able to invert the tubes to let them dry.

It's not exactly a piece of furniture or art, but I purchased it as an artistic stand for my daughter's test tubes, which she thinks of as art more than as test tubes. It works find for that, but it also looks like it would work fine for an actual test tube stand. It's wood, so you're not really going to be washing it much, but if your test tubes are actually clean when you set them upside down on the poles to dry, it will be fine. And the slots will hold your filled test tubes just fine.It will hold up to 12 test tubs at a time, because you've got the rods to hold them upside down (for drying out) or the slots to hold them upside right.It may be more art than practical, if your test tube racks need to be washed. Because it is wood. And while it's clearly a mass-manufactured item, it is actually completely adequate if you want it to look pretty. If that were the case, I'd guess either a) your lab is purchasing racks for you or owns them already, or b) you need to buy some stainless steel racks.If you have a child who likes to fill test tubes with water and add food coloring,

I got this drying rack to use as a pen holder/bud vase, and it works beautifully. It is a nice, light maple, and because the wood is so hard, the surfaces are all very smooth. Although I don't use it for its intended purpose, I can attest to the fact that test tubes (as long as they are properly sized) fit very well, the rack is stable and doesn't tip over easily, the drying pegs function just as they should, and the rack is much more attractive than one might expect for the price.
