Works well as a supplemental or primary call device for elderly. Be aware this device is only for contacting emergency contacts such as family members and not for contacting 911 or other emergency services.It’s easy to set up with 2 plan options with reasonable prices. I like the GPS tracking which has either 30 seconds updates or 5 minute updates depending on which you choose.The device includes a magnetic charger and the battery lasts for days before needing a charge, on standby. Easy to use with an SOS button on the front and two small side buttons. Lanyard has a toggle to adjust.Overall, good quality and well made.

Great product. I can leave home or just work in the garden andas long as I have my phone I will know that he has not fallen.Great peace of mind with it.

When the product arrived, it was easy to unpackage, charge, and activate. The instructions and service were clearly communicated. Bought two of them for aging parents.

Easy to set up, I also got great help from the customer service department.I like the ability to set up multiple fence areas, My kids find it reassuring that we are doing the best to keep my husband safe at home with me. Please let your people in your contact phone list for this device know when you are playing with it to get it going, because they will get notified if the SOS button is hit. Which is GREAT because we all know it works. the time format is only is 24 hour, not 12 hour at this time. I like the control it gives me the care taker.

I was so unhappy with this device….it took me days to set it up. When I called customer service I could hardly understand the person as he had a very heavy accent and he wasn’t very helpful. I am pretty savvy with electronics but this one was confusing. The battery life was horrible.Part 2 I tried to get my money back for the 6 months I paid but they told me I was over the 15 days allotted…..I researched and found I was was 1 day over! After many e mails back nd forth they finally credited my account and they did it very fast. So all and all they did the right thing.
