This electric trailer jack has a great, heavy duty build quality. It was relatively easy to install and set up, is simple to operate, and works great. I really like that it has the built in level, and LED light is a nice feature to help you see what you're doing in the dark. It's a great power jack and I'm very happy with it.

This Jack is extremely not very well made electrically. First I was having problems with it powering off of my aux power on my trailer 7blade receiver. It just did not want to run off of 12 to 13 volt from the battery. As soon as there was some resistance it would keep turning off. I finally took a cordless battery pack that was around 16 volt and it would mostly work. It still would trigger as soon as there was a few hundred pounds of pressure. The overcurrent protection is way too sensitive and the wiring is one or two sizes too small to carry sufficient current to run the motorI was able to use Jack four times after using the cordless battery pack, that is two times raising and two times lowering, and the unit will no longer function. I can turn on the LED light, which amazingly is actually really well lit, but the motor itself will not turn on at all. Also the manual turning feels like there is a brake engaged internally and it is very difficult to turn assembly to manually raise and lower the Jack now.

This electric trailer jack should be an upgrade to our current Electric jack. The 7500 lb capacity gives plenty of headroom, and the powered operation s a must. I like the built-in LED light for those evening camp setups and really like the integrated level that helps get things positioned. The adjustable height range (10.24" to 33.46") works great for our needs. The waterproof should hold up well, and the large 5.9" foot pad provides good stability on different surfaces. New Snap Pad will be needed unfortunately. One minor annoyance is that the LED light could be brighter which is one thing I really thought would be better - it helps, but I still needs my trucks bumper pods for really dark situations. I'm also glad they included a manual crank backup, which hopefully will never be needed but could be handy if needed. Overall, it should be a good upgrade from my old electric jack when it warms up so I can install it.

Impressive trailer jack. When you pick it up, you know it is heavier than many similar powered jacks. The things I like most are the buttons being on top. And the buttons that will raise/lower all the way without having to continuously hold a button down. But that could possibly be a problem if you are not careful. The bubble-level right on top of the jack is helpful as well. But if you have your existing jack turned sideways so your tailgate can be lowered without hitting the jack, and you plan to do the same with this, then the bubble-level will no longer help you because it also is now sideways.Something they could add that would also be helpful would be a remote control so you could control the jack if you are at the rear of the camper adjusting stabilizer blocks and such. And an auto level function if you wanted it to just press a button and it level the trailer (front to rear only of course). A hitch height memory so it could automatically go to a preset height for your trailer hitch with the press of a single button would be a fantastic feature as well.Just saying these things as food for thought as to what you really want and what you really get. Those features may be available in other units, but possibly cost prohibitive to your wallet. This is a nice jack and I would say it is somewhere in the middle. Not basic, but not elaborate either.
