This was easy to assemble, and holds together well. The bed-surface stretches and sags a bit more than I expected, but my dog isn't complaining. Weather here hasn't been nice enough for us or the dog to hang out outside, but I expect he'll welcome the shelter when it is.

This was incredibly easy to put together. It took me about ten minutes. Once together it’s nice and sturdy. My dog immediately took to it. He’s about 12lbs and a terrier mix.

With the arrival of an additional feral cat during the coldest part of this winter, we put out a cardboard box (which we insulated) to see if she would sleep there. Now a couple of months later, she comes back every day so we decided to upgrade her house. And that may have been a mistake as she loves her new dwelling!The Dopliv dog house / cat house is extremely easy to assemble thanks to the easily understood instructions with excellent diagrams. To me it seems probable that they were written by someone who actually assembled & reassembled the house and who could accurately describe the process.The walls and roof appear to be the same tent material used in full sized people tents. The flooring material is rugged enough for a small dog or cat, and is supported a few inches above the ground to help keep the sleeping surface dry in wet weather. With the oversized (at least for a cat) entrance, the house should remain cool in the summer and the feral cat has enjoyed it in the winter.

I ordered the Dopliv Elevated Dog House Outdoor Tent as a sunshade option for my dog to use on our deck. Since our deck receives direct sunlight for part of the day, this tent allows her to stay off the hot wood and provides some shade if she has to be outside for longer than expected. The product arrived nicely packaged from the manufacturer and took less than five minutes to assemble without needing to refer to the directions, as it is quite self-explanatory. It is the perfect size for her.
